Our Staff
Our staff is made up of more than 300 dedicated employees who play a vital role in every step of the packing process. With a wide range of backgrounds and experience levels, our workforce brings together skilled trades, production specialists, quality and food safety professionals, maintenance teams, and support staff who all contribute to a shared goal of producing high-quality beef responsibly and efficiently.
Across the plant, our employees combine hands-on expertise with a strong understanding of safety, animal care, and product integrity. Many team members have built long-term careers in the industry, while others bring fresh perspectives and a willingness to learn, creating a culture that values both experience and growth. Training, teamwork, and accountability are central to how we operate each day.
