Our management and procurement team works with some of the leading seedstock operations in the Angus industry to source the highest quality grade cattle to funnel into our production chain.
Cattle in our system have been born, raised, and fed in the USA. We are blessed to work with smaller family farmers who provide a steady, yearly supply of genetically superior, high-quality cattle for our procurement needs.
Our cattle suppliers are all Beef Quality Assurance (BQA) certified. BQA is a certification that educates on beef production standards. Our Food Safety and Quality Assurance team conducts daily and annual audits at our facility to ensure the humane handling of all animals.
The Tri-State region of Iowa, Minnesota, and Wisconsin provides some of the most ideal grazing lands for cattle herds to utilize. Adequate midwest rainfall allows for irrigation-free forage and cropland to be fed to the cattle. Additionally, using crop residue and ethanol plant by-products enables us to upgrade these low-value commodities into producing the high-quality Angus beef consumers desire.
Our newly constructed facility was professionally designed and built for efficient, quality beef processing where attention to detail is evident. We continually invest in our plant allowing us to consistently grow, with our recent expansion tripling our production. Our team understands the value of investing in new technologies to improve processing, packaging, and delivery.
