Michael’s enthusiasm for LimeSprings Beef’s dedication to innovation and sustainability is contagious. Joining the team in early 2014, Michael wants to ensure that LimeSpring Beef becomes a leader in the industry by providing customers and consumers the ability to be more closely connected to the food they consume. He is pleased to be a part of this innovative food production model so early in its development and will be overseeing producer, employee and customer relations, sales and brand development, and internal control in accordance with policies, principles, and procedures established by the Board of Directors.
Prior to joining LimeSprings Beef, Michael was the Vice President of Operations and sales for OMP Foods in Rogers, Arkansas. He also served as Operations Manager for Perdue Farms in Petersburg, West Virginia. Michael’s executive responsibilities included direct oversight and leadership of all operational, sales, quality assurance, and human resources activities, as well as finance and accounting.
Michael has a B.S. in Animal Science from the University of Arkansas, and additional training in Lean Manufacturing and Developing Strategic Leadership.
